Since 1993, Rip Haney has expertly served buyers and sellers of luxury homes in Memphis’ premier neighborhoods—Downtown, Mud Island, Midtown, East Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, and Eads—as a Broker with Marx-Bensdorf, REALTORS®. He also holds a broker’s license with RE/MAX of Gulf Shores, specializing in Fairhope, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach in Alabama’s South Baldwin County.

Known for his deep market knowledge and client-first approach, Rip earns nearly all his business from repeat clients and referrals. A Memphis native, he graduated from Christian Brothers High School and the University of Mississippi. Rip is a Life Member and former President (2016-2017) of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club.
